About
Hi, I'm Inhwa.
I believe healing begins when you no longer feel like you have to carry everything alone.
Whether you're struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, relationship challenges, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, therapy can become a space where you slow down, make sense of what's happening beneath the surface, and begin creating meaningful, lasting change.
My role isn't to give you all the answers.
It's to help you understand yourself with greater clarity, self-compassion, and confidence so you can move forward in a way that feels true to who you are.
My Approach
I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Every person brings a unique story, and every healing journey deserves an approach that honors that.
I integrate evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment-based therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed work, mindfulness, and expressive arts therapy.
Sometimes words alone aren't enough. When appropriate, I incorporate creative and expressive interventions to help clients explore emotions, gain insight, and process experiences that may be difficult to put into words. No artistic experience is ever required—only curiosity and a willingness to explore.
Outside the Therapy Room
Outside of the therapy room, I find joy in life's quieter moments—preparing breakfast for my family, ending the day with movement, and spending weekends exploring nature with the people I love.
These simple routines help me stay grounded, present, and connected to what matters most.
They also shape the way I practice therapy. I believe lasting well-being isn't about having a perfect life, but about creating a life that feels more connected, intentional, and aligned with your values.
If You're Here...
You don't have to have everything figured out before beginning therapy.
Whether you're navigating a difficult season or simply longing to understand yourself more deeply, you don't have to do it alone.
I'd be honored to walk alongside you with warmth, curiosity, and practical guidance.
