Your Questions, Answered

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We'll discuss what's bringing you to therapy, your goals, and any questions you may have. There's no pressure to share everything at once—we'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Not at all. Expressive arts therapy is about self-expression—not artistic ability. No creative experience is required, and artistic activities are always optional.
